And then there was Halloween a couple days later.
The weather was dry and not terribly cold, so we set up a fire on the driveway and greeted our neighbors as they came by with their kids. We had almost 90 kids. We do not celebrate Halloween. We take this opportunity to be a light for Jesus on a dark night. We show the love of Jesus, not hide inside on a night that our godless neighbors are out.


your children are so grown up..my goodness.. Our boy turned 15 end of September and Sissie will soon enough be 20... EEEGGAAADDDSSS.. Happy Belated Birthday To your Baby..

ReplyDeleteWow, those 'little ones' are no longer very little! Good for you and your kids about Halloween. We're out in the country and completely forgot about it. Imagine!

ReplyDeleteIt was a homemade chocolate cheesecake with ganache. It was a project for my dad and Trevor.

ReplyDeleteOctober sure did fly by and now November is doing the same. I'm sorry I haven't visited in a while. Life has been hard but God is soo good. I love catching up with you and always enjoy your pictures!
