[smile] That's fun. We started reading labels when we realized I was sensitive to wheat. Even just reading the labels helps make you aware of all the crazy things in so many food products.
Yes, the girls had a lot of fun at MOA. They each brought a friend and rode the rides almost non-stop. Surprising to me, Amber LOVES all the fastest/scariest rides there are. And Anna is more like her mama (the opposite of Amber). We were exhausted by bedtime and I expect today to be a rather slow-motion, emotional day if you know what I mean.
That is pretty neat chart you have shared here... My kids have started reading labels.. and they have enjoyed watching Doc movies like, Food Inc.. Super Size Me.. ect ect
